Ever since the first export to Thailand in 1965 of 7,700 dollars, Kumho Tire reached the 100 million dollar export mark in 1980 and 500 million dollar export mark in 1993, and is currently exporting more than USD 1.8 billion worth of tires on an annual basis to over 180 countries with eight subsidiaries, 12 branches/offices.
